Final Reflection by Gavi Lappen

This trip really taught me a lot about who I am as a person. I viewed the whole experience in three different parts. The first part was the artifacts. We saw a lot of historical pieces, whether art or old buildings. We learned about the history and how each building/piece came to be and why.

The second part was about meaning. Everything that we saw and learned, including people, were all somehow connected to a greater theme that we called "HOME". We asked everyone about their view of home, and in conclusion I learned that everyone has different values that they call home. But what really matters is who you spend it with because no matter where your home is, there are always people who you love there.

Our last part is the fun aspect. We saw plays, hung around with friends and the shinshinim, and got amazing food. This trip was a once in a lifetime experience, and I definitely learned a lot about myself as a person and a lot about what I call HOME.
