HaZamir Cleveland is a chapter of an international organization. Part of a network of 32 choirs from Israel and the United States, it promotes high level Jewish choral singing, Jewish unity, connection to Israel, and teen leadership.

As part of our effort to enrich the experiences of Cleveland’s teens, @Akiva is launching a new and exciting initiative, “Scholars in Residence”. Every year, this initiative will bring three different scholars to our teen community for up to a week’s residency.

Events during the last few years have produced waves of anti-Semitic/anti-Israel activities on college campuses.  @akiva is proud to offer Jewish and Israel Advocacy programs specifically geared towards high school Juniors and Seniors. A New Program For Cleveland Teens…

Tzofim (Israel Scouts)   An Israeli style, hebrew speaking youth movement Tzofim is a program run by the Friends of the Israel Scouts. Tzofim is a Hebrew speaking youth movement for students in North America In Cleveland, the weekly activities are planned and executed by cleveland.shin.shinim and high school students (8-12) for students in grades 4-7
